Winter Treats

This cute painting, titled Winter Treats, will be hanging in a show in Watertown, MA from January 26 - March 8. The show is called Feast | Food Represented in the Visual Arts and is hanging at the Mosesian Center for the Arts. I painted this one about a year ago. I love clementines as a sweet treat in the winter. And I love the light and energy in this painting.

There will be a reception this week! Thursday from 5:30-7:30. I will be there for half an hour or so at the beginning. I teach on Thursday evenings so I'll need to leave early. But come by and say hi if you can! There are some really great pieces and it's fun to see a collection like this.
